Senior Specialist, Global Marketing Automation Ops

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketo administrator to join our team. This role involves managing the administration of the Marketo marketing automation platform to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including data remediation actions, troubleshooting production/operational issues, and supporting campaign management.

At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. This position is part of the Digital Production Team located in Bangalore, India and will be a hybrid role.

What You'll Do:

· Perform standard daily admin processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Marketo platform inclusive of field management and data management.

· Manage existing platform integrations and respond to user requests for operational adaptation in a timely manner.

· Oversee operational models within Marketo to ensure they align with business goals, ensuring standard work and documentation is created for operational stability.

· Maintain user permissions and access controls to safeguard data and system functionality.

· Provide support in managing general Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) demands, ensuring seamless functionality between the two systems.

· Partner with IT and compliance to ensure compliance standards are met and maintained within the master and transactional data compliance.

· Assist in campaign management, including the setup and execution of marketing campaigns codified structure and attributes are clean and maintainable at scale.

· Act as a liaison between cross functional teams.

· Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve our sales enablement platform.

Who You Are:

· 4+ years’ experience within Marketo administration with proven success in designing and implementing Marketo admin management.

· Demonstrated experience driving innovation and process improvement that enables the business to achieve its objectives.

· Excellent communication skills with fluent English.

· Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.

· Taking responsibility and ownership for work issues. Showing initiative and solution based mindset.

· Ability to self-start and learn. Focused, organized and driven.

· Capable of project-managing multiple priorities, while staying on top of timely communications with stakeholders.

· Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.

· Possesses creative problem troubleshooting skills (e.g. reproducing error scenarios, investigation, and exercising solutions).

· Capable of transferring relevant technical skills to marketing automation world.

It would be a plus if you have previous experience in:

· CSS, HTML, Javascript, Python, MySQL

· Agile framework

· Salesforce (SFDC), Sitecore Content Management, Hybris Product Information Management

· Kapost content operations software
