ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

INTEGRATION & PLATFORM OPERATIONS ? Min 5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Eloqua), CRM, database, and digital marketing with strong project management skills to handle marketing technologies system integration work; this includes and not limited to Workfront, ZoomInfo, ON24 and LeanData. ? Tenured in driving B2B Marketing Operations (Processes & Technology) across market to lead lifecycle (e.g., diagnose, design, deploy, maintain, optimize), ? Experience working with APAC field marketing and campaigns team in end-to-end multichannel marketing campaigns activation and has good understanding of campaigns planning and budgets ? Marketo Certified Expert preferred ? A relevant degree with a track record of delivering measurable results. DATA AND LEAD MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ? Has experience as in Campaign and Deals Management, Email, Data Quality tools with a working knowledge of Excel & Power BI ? Deep working perspective of Enterprise CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics ) & hands one experience with its lead flow & reporting. ? Has experience working and supporting Business Development teams on day-to-day reporting, and be the consulting support in design of BDR programs; Exhibit operational agility skillset to clarifying the analytical data requirements, developing methodologies, identifying information expected from the systems, being hands-on on analysis and communicating directly to non-technical business audience ? Drive Formalization / Standardization / Process Audit, Design & Improvement between regional and global MOPs (Marketing Operations Organisation) ? Knowledge in Data Integration and Data Quality processes is a plus. ? Proven track record of working within a geographically dispersed, multi-functional team & managing 3rd party vendors for business-critical deliveries. Behavioral Traits: ? Excellent communication and influencing skills across spoken & written modes with the ability to articulate an issue to both technical & business audiences, as well as documenting key processes. ? Good organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a global virtual organization. ? Inquisitive, passionate and has a point-of-view. Able to handle and resolve ambiguity ? High self-driven with the passion to work as an individual contributor ? Strong, agile project management skills to manage a range of programs and thrive in a fast-paced, demand environment. Outcomes and result-oriented individual ?
