Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.The Marketing Automation Admin Specialist for Cytiva. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketo Administration Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting the Marketo Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including data remediation actions, troubleshooting production/operational issues, and supporting campaign management.

  • A Marketing Automation Specialist works with global marketers to create and report on emails, landing pages, and associated marketing automation assets and programs on the Marketo platform.

  • Creates and manages assets and marketing automation programs for marketing and corporate campaigns.

  • Creates and maintains an effective partnership with marketing and marcom teams.

  • Compiles effective campaign reports and uses their depth of knowledge to help campaign managers understand best practice and what is available to support a set of requested metrics.

  • Assists in training and education of marketing automation tools and associated platforms.

  • Promotes and adheres to company brand standards and best practices.

  • Promotes awareness of digital marketing automation and the importance of good digital marketing practices.

    Who you are:

    1. Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry is preferred but not essential.

    2. Marketing-related university degree preferred.

    3. Hands-on experience with Marketo is preferred. If none experience of another MA platform is essential.

    4. Experience working in a large global organization, communicating, and presenting online on a daily basis.

    5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and lead a team.

    6. Fluent in spoken and written English
