The Marketing Automation Admin Specialist for Cytiva. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketo Administration Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting the Marketo Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including data remediation actions, troubleshooting production/operational issues, and supporting campaign management.
·      Assist standard daily admin processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Marketo platform inclusive of field management and data management.
·      Assist existing platform integrations and respond to user requests for operational adaptation in a timely manner.
·      Help to maintain user permissions and access controls to safeguard data and system functionality.
·      Provide support in managing general Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) demands, ensuring seamless functionality between the two systems.
·      Assist in ensuring compliance standards are met and maintained.
·      Assist in campaign management, including the setup and maintenance of marketing campaign structure and attributes.
Who you are:
1.      Experience within Marketo administration and campaign execution.
2.      Good communication skills.
3.      Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.
4.      Taking responsibility and ownership for work issues
5.      Showing initiative and solution based mindset.
6.      CSS, HTML essential; Python, MySQL and advantage.
7.      Ability to self-start and learn. Focused, organized and driven.
8.      Capable of project-managing multiple priorities, while staying on top of timely communications with stakeholders
9.      Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
10.  Possesses creative problem troubleshooting skills (e.g. reproducing error scenarios, investigation, and exercising solutions)
11.  Capable of transferring relevant technical skills to marketing automation world
