Profile Description

As a Specialist Sales Manager of CRIF High Mark’s anti-fraud solution “Sherlock”, selected candidate would be responsible for driving related client engagements across new and existing customers in the Company’s portfolio.

 

The selected candidate will have access to mid & senior management decision makers at PSU Banks, Private Banks, NBFC’s, Telecom Companies, Insurance providers and any institutions who may require CRIF’s anti-fraud services.

 

The role is based out of Mumbai and requires travel as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of CRIF High Mark’s anti-fraud solution “Sherlock” across new and existing customers in the Company’s portfolio to meet revenue targets.
  • Effectively work in a matrix structure with other account managers and sales team.
  • Become a subject matter expert in CRIF High Mark’s anti-fraud solutions. Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and business needs.
  • Effectively network and establish relationships with key account stakeholders, including understanding their business requirements.
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop strategic solutions to address customer requirements.
  • Create use case-based sales pitches, derive inferences from aggregated data and identify business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a healthy sale pipeline in CRM.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrated self-driven behaviour towards increasing individual competence.

 

Desired / Preferred Skills

  • Postgraduate; Preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing.
  • 7+ years of experience in operational or fraud risk teams of banks or NBFCs, B2B BFSI Sales, relationship management at banks (retail or SME), or selling information services or information products (not software).
  • Strong understanding of data and information services relevant to the BFSI sector that support mission-critical business functions including collections, identity verification, fraud detection & mitigation, and investigative solutions strongly preferred.
  • Fair understanding of the credit bureau solution and lending system in India.
  • Knowledge of sales / presales to banking, insurance or telecom clients + understanding of end customer lifecycle for these segments is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue through consultative selling.
  • Self-starter, high degree of responsibility & ownership, and strong multitasking & coordination skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
