Job Title: Sr. Business Development Manager - Export Division
Location: Ahmedabad (HQ)

The company, a premier manufacturer and supplier of construction chemicals luxury furniture, is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead their Export Division. If you're passionate about identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth in international markets, then we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential markets, industries, and regions for export opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure effective execution of export strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, trade regulations, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships.
- Train and mentor sales teams, guide sales techniques and support professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and international market expansion
- Strong understanding of export procedures, trade regulations, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or export management roles.
- Experience in the construction chemicals or luxury furniture industry or related sectors is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
