Enterprise Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to enterprise clients.

- Lead from the front in executing sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.

- Understand their unique needs and deliver customized SaaS solutions that add value to their business operations.

- Team Development and Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the SaaS industry.

- Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.

- Performance Tracking: Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.

- Regularly review performance data to assess progress and make adjustments as necessary.

- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on company objectives and seamless client experience.

- Revenue Growth: Drive consistent revenue growth by securing new enterprise accounts and expanding existing client relationships.

- Ensure the sales team is focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Qualifications:.

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion dedicated to selling SaaS products or similar technology solutions to large enterprises.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in a startup or high-growth environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging with C-level executives.

- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, including competitive dynamics, customer needs, and product trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
