Sales Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, Managing sales activity, managing client relationships and expanding our market presence. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for animation and a proven track record in sales within the media and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Operations:
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information and track sales activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the animation, media, or entertainment industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the animation production process and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
