Business Development Manager – International Market Entry & Strategic Partnerships (Consulting | FDI | B2B Growth)


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager who can identify prospective international clients, understand their expansion needs, and convert opportunities into long-term consulting projects in market entry, strategy, and management consulting.

The responsible person will be required to generate leads and grow our Consulting business.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Identify and qualify new leads across sectors for market entry and management consulting services.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and manage it through the complete business development cycle.

Client Engagement & Deal Conversion

  • Engage with CXO-level decision-makers to understand their market expansion goals and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Strategic Growth

  • Create go-to-market plans to drive growth in new business.
  • Explore strategic partnerships and alliances to expand T&A’s client base.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market-entry opportunities.
  • Work closely with research and consulting teams to craft high-impact proposals and deliverables.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3- 5 years of proven business development experience in market entry advisory, trade and investment advisory, private equity or strategy consulting.
  • Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to engage with international clients and build long-term client relationships.
  • MBA/PG in Business, Strategy, or a related field is a plus.
