Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay informed on the latest communication trends, tools, and industry best practices to optimize brand messaging and presence.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually compelling marketing materials that align with the brand’s voice and identity.
  • Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and messaging.

Public Relations & Media Outreach:

  • Manage press relations, draft press releases, and build relationships with media outlets to secure coverage.
  • Proactively identify PR opportunities and respond to media inquiries to enhance brand visibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze communication performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and strategies.
  • Prepare insightful reports on communication activities, offering recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across all channels.
  • Collaborate with influencers and key industry figures to amplify the brand's message and reach.

Crisis Management:

  • Monitor and manage brand reputation, handling communication during crisis situations with professionalism and clarity.
  • Quickly and effectively address negative publicity or feedback to maintain the brand's image.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing communications with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Experience in PR and media outreach, with established media relationships preferred.
  • Proficiency in communication analytics tools to derive insights and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and creative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
