Content Marketing Specialist: Elevating Our Staffing Brand


As a staffing agency with 8 years of domain expertise, we are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing Specialist with a strong background in B2B marketing and experience in the staffing and recruitment industry.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our expertise, attracts top talent, and connects with potential clients in the B2B space.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop a content calendar that aligns with our B2B brand messaging and targets our ideal audience of HR managers, business owners, and executives
  • Create a variety of content types, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media updates, videos, and webinars, to educate and engage our B2B audience
  • Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to maximize visibility and reach among B2B decision-makers
  • Collaborate with our team to gather insights and create content that addresses the pain points and challenges of our B2B target audience
  • Monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve our B2B content strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B content marketing and recruitment


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry (Mandatory)
  • Proven track record of creating successful content strategies and campaigns for B2B audiences
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging, informative, and persuasive content tailored to B2B decision-makers
  • Proficiency in creating various types of content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media updates, videos, and webinars
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and social media marketing for B2B audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including subject matter experts and sales teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
