Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and technically skilled Marketing & Branding Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to take ownership of our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating inbound leads, content creation, social media marketing, and experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Sketch, or Figma. They should also have a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Lead Generation: Develop and implement innovative strategies to generate inbound leads through various channels.
  • Content Creation: Write and create engaging, valuable content for blogs, social media, and other marketing channels. Develop original and creative content ideas that resonate with our audience.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence on leading industry-relevant platforms. Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Marketing Strategy & SEO: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Optimize content for SEO to improve our online visibility.
  • Brand Building: Create and manage content that enhances our brand’s image and attracts new viewers. Share news updates, industry insights, and company achievements in an engaging manner.
  • Visual Storytelling: Leverage visual storytelling techniques to communicate our brand message effectively through various media.
  • Creative Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our target audience.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in generating inbound leads.
  • Strong content writing skills with a portfolio of published work.
  • Expertise in social media marketing and creating engaging content.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for design and detail.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of the recruitment/staffing industry, particularly IT and ERP sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
