Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Education Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and nurturing our global community of users. You will manage our membership program, ensuring members receive maximum value from their subscriptions, and you will be responsible for handling and qualifying marketing leads into sales-qualified leads. Additionally, you will collaborate with our marketing team on various initiatives, including managing our website, social media, email marketing, global podcast, and video editing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our growing global community of users, focusing on Leadership, Personal and Team Development, Customer Service, and Sales.
  • Membership Program Management: Build and oversee our membership program, ensuring members benefit fully from their subscriptions and exploring new ways to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead Management: Handle incoming marketing leads, assess their needs, and qualify them into sales-qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborative Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team on managing the company’s marketing activites.
  • Content and Engagement: Assist in the creation and distribution of educational content that resonates with our community and supports their development, and plan initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and online discussions.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data and analytics to measure community growth, engagement, and satisfaction, and refine strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage Chart's latest technology to build and maintain a robust global community platform, ensuring seamless communication and interaction among members.


Qualifications:

  • Education: A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in community management, education, or related fields, either professionally or privately. Experience with lead qualification is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse global audience. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for community management and marketing.
  • Personality: We value initiative, decision-making ability, and eagerness to learn new things. We look closely at you as a person and appreciate your ability to take charge when needed.
  • Age Range: We are seeking candidates between 25 and 31 years old.
  • Location: Based in India, with the ability to work remotely.
