Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to drive our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing performance-driven campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition, and enhancing brand visibility.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

2. Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including paid search, display, social media, and email.

3. Conduct SEO analysis, optimize website content, and collaborate with web developers to improve organic search performance.

4. Analyse campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize and improve ROI.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

6. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging findings to enhance marketing strategies.

7. Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and user experience.

8. Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaign delivery.

9. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and tools to drive innovation in performance marketing.

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

·        Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing.

·        Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.

·        Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
