Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and Implement Growth Initiatives: Be the mastermind behind innovative growth strategies that’ll skyrocket our user base and keep them hooked.
  • Social Media Campaign Structure: Create and manage social media campaigns that make our audience double-tap and share.
  • Master of Metrics: Dive into data, measure campaign effectiveness, spot trends, and fine-tune for ultimate optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Team up with marketing, product, and engineering to align goals and crush growth initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve with market research and uncover golden growth opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture our online community with engaging content and fun interactive experiences.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep an eagle eye on KPIs, report on progress, and make data-driven tweaks to ensure we're always on track.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of performance marketing analysts to collect, analyze, and report on marketing data.
  • Documentation and Insights: Develop and implement documentation processes to track key metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Use insights from data analysis to inform and drive strategic marketing decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years in growth marketing with a killer track record in scaling digital platforms.
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing: Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Pro at data analysis tools and techniques, capable of turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Creative Thinker: An innovator with a flair for crafting unique growth strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills, able to pitch ideas clearly and convincingly.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and managing a team, with strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Web3 Knowledge: A solid understanding of blockchain technology, crypto, and the Web3 ecosystem.
