Overview

We are looking for a rockstar generalist to join us as a Growth Intern for our new product - NotionApps ( It is a no-code tool for businesses to build apps directly from Notion, in minutes.

You will be working alongside the CEO/co-founder to implement and scale growth channels that worked for us in the past and experiment with new ones.

At any given point you will be working on one or more of these channels: writing long-form SEO content, writing social media content, Product Hunt launch, online community outreach, partner/influencer outreach, email outreach, etc.

This is a paid internship and the job is full-time and remote (we are based out of Bangalore so if you are in the city we'd be happy to sit together once in a while)

Must-haves

Good writing skills = can write human-sounding contentShould be comfortable with using online tools like Notion (to write content and manage tasks), NotionApps (our product, a no-code app builder for Notion), Canva (for basic design creatives and videos)You have your own laptop, with at least 1080P display if you have to take screenshots/screen recordingsYou are available for a full-time internship for a duration of 3-6 months, longer duration will be preferredYou are okay with starting the internship immediatelyYou are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Role Description

Reach out and build relationships with Notion consultants, ambassadors, and content creators.Schedule posts and engage in Notion and other relevant communities across platforms. This includes Reddit, Facebook groups, /X communities, etc.Repurpose our content to be posted on social media pages, online communities, newsletters, email, etc.Research and manage our lists of online communities, ambassadors, influencers, etc. Identify and add new data to the lists from time to time.Plan and do outreach for Product Hunt launchHelp us create new app templates and improve the existing ones.Help us experiment with new channels like email outreach, free tool marketing, etc.Analyze the results from these channels and provide suggestions to improve them.Assist the co-founders if there are other growth or marketing tasks.

The exact amount depends on what you bring to the table.We will try our best to keep work asynchronous and timings flexible.If there are signs of longer association, compensation will also be stock-based with an option to join the core team and build the company together.The job expects high ownership, this might not be a perk for everyone but we would love to have such folks on the team.By now, you know the team is small (but ambitious), which means you will work directly with the co-founders.
