Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive B2B sales within the assigned territory, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, present product solutions, and close sales deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and recommend appropriate products/services.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the territory, resolving any issues promptly.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share in the territory.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, including updates on pipelines, revenue achievements, and market feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to improve strategies and performance.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferably MBA
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in sports apparel and equipment industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
