Publisher Development Executive

 Location: Hybrid (Remote + Office)

As a Publisher Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth by leveraging your industry expertise, connections, and hands-on experience in programmatic advertising to establish and nurture meaningful partnerships with publishers.




Key Responsibilities

Industry Expertise & Strategy

  • Become a subject matter expert in programmatic advertising with a focus on publisher partnerships.
  • Leverage your existing connections within the AdTech industry to identify and secure high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute strategies for engaging publishers and maximizing revenue potential.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Use your extensive AdTech network to initiate and maintain relationships with publishers.
  • Execute outreach campaigns and in-person engagements, including participation in trade shows and industry conferences.
  • Drive proactive prospecting efforts targeting premium publishers and agencies to build a robust pipeline.

Pipeline Development

  • Close programmatic advertising deals and generate qualified partnerships that meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads and opportunities while tracking all sales activities using CRM tools.

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for improvement in the lead acquisition and deal closure processes.
  • Share market insights and best practices to optimize workflows and achieve team goals.




Who We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Attributes

  • AdTech Expertise: Prior experience in the AdTech industry is mandatory, with proven success in programmatic advertising sales.
  • Deal Closer: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals in a programmatic environment.
  • Industry Connections: Established relationships with publishers and agencies in the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Startup-Ready: Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Time Management: Ability to effectively manage tasks and prioritize activities independently.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience & Empathy: Ability to handle challenges constructively while building long-term relationships.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding revenue goals.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in AdTech, particularly in programmatic advertising sales.
  • Demonstrated expertise in engaging and onboarding publishers.
  • Hands-on experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
