Responsibilities:

  • Handling team to manage channel business across India
  • Preparation of MIS/Report for higher management on monthly or Quarterly basis
  • Preparation of business strategy for existing and new products portfolio
  • Negotiating pricing and contract terms with Channel partners
  • Providing demand, pricing, and sales forecasts on monthly basis with weekly updates
  • Maintaining relationship with major solar stake holders like media and government agency
  • Attending or Participating in all major seminar, workshop, or public events
  • Participate proactively with marketing team to prepare channel strategy and represent Sungrow in maximum public events
  • Preparation of strategy to maintain good pricing with maximum profit.
  • The ideal candidate would have experience in managing Channel in dynamic industries where rapid changes in market conditions are common, preferably with experience in the Photovoltaic sector.
  • Experience in handling capital goods within B2B industry is a must
  • Coordination with all team like marketing, operations, service etc. to get maximum support for team, channel partner and customer

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of OEM experience in handling channel & B2B Sales across India
  • Electrical/ Electronic Engineering degree or master’s in business administration is a must
  • Sound Knowledge on solar industry / key customers is an added advantage
  • Candidate from Solar inverter background shall be given advantage or pan India channel role in solar segment
  • Willingness to do business travel in short notice
  • Should be comfortable with frequent business travel across India
  • Proficiency in English + presentation skills and excel are must
  • No frequent job changes in the past
