Position: Talent Management & Organizational Development
Designation: Manager
Location: Gurugram
Reports to: AVP- Talent Management & Organizational Development
Job Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes and tools to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on performance evaluation, goal setting, and feedback techniques.
Learning and Development
- Design and deliver training programs internally and externally to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Identify developmental needs and opportunities for individual employees and facilitate career development planning.
- Driving Learning Digitization including LMS, learning content.
- with senior leadership to identify leadership development needs and design programs to develop high-potential employees.
- and mentor leaders at all levels to enhance their leadership capabilities.
Talent Review and Succession Planning:
- Execution of the Talent Review Process including Succession Planning to help build an internal pipeline of talent for key roles.
Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership positions.
Organizational Effectiveness:
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
Desired Experience and Skills/Competencies:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 Years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational development, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs.
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee development, and leadership development best practices.
- Experience in driving Automation in Learning and Talent Management Aspects.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Influencing skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in HR or Talent Management (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
