Summary:

This individual will work as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all matters relating to the people lifecycle, from hire to exit. He/She will support key priorities with the forward-looking people agenda and will be a champion of delivering an exceptional people experience. He/She will partner with Managers and employees to enable team and individual effectiveness. The incumbent will work along with the Business Leaders and will be part of a global organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic advice and guidance to business leaders on all people-related matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business goals. Partner with business leaders to design and deliver high-impact HR programs and initiatives. Monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Manage payroll budget, track monthly payroll cost and provide timely monthly payroll inputs to HR operations Provide insights on overall people processes by measuring and reporting key metrics to relevant stakeholders. Be a steward of employee experience, and develop, deploy, and champion best-in-class processes, frameworks, and programs that make Baxter, India a great place to work. Drive positive employee experience by understanding employee needs and proposing solutions that meet those needs. Understand employee grievances and disputes, and partner with Ethics & Compliance and Legal teams to advise and initiate appropriate employee disciplinary actions. Educate, influence, and advocate reward and recognition philosophy and practice within the business to ensure fairness and consistency and inspire stronger employee and organizational performance. Translate trends from engagement/pulse and other surveys into actionable leadership and culture insights. Create follow-through plans. Partner with Talent Acquisition for selection assessments for all positions. Participate/lead, execute, and deploy HR projects and programs (both global and local) focusing on change management.

Education, Experience, Behavioral Competencies & Skills:

Master’s degree in a Human Resources from a premier Business School Minimum 8 years of HR experience as an HR Business Partner with complex and high growth organizations/ industries (preferably with a multinational company) Talent management experience is a must Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes Excellent communication and Stakeholder management Strong business acumen and judgment Digitally Savvy and collaborative team player And last but not least proficient in MS -Power-point, excel and online dashboards
