Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a restaurant manager at SambharSa in Jaipur. The Restaurant Manager will ensure

  1. Customer satisfaction,
  2. Oversee hiring processes
  3. Manage food costs and other expenses
  4. Responsible for tracking and ensuring positive reviews/ratings across online platforms.


Qualifications

  • IHM Certification/ 7+ years of hospitality experience
  • Experience in handling a team of 20+ members.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage costing management.
  • Knowledge of South Indian cuisine is a plus
  • Previous experience in restaurant management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
