Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute diverse events, including corporate conferences, sports events, weddings, and store launches.

• Develop pre-event strategies, coordinate logistics, and oversee on-site execution to ensure flawless delivery.

• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and negotiate budgets effectively.

• Draft press releases, organize press conferences, and handle media interactions to promote client brands.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and media houses for positive brand representation.

• Prepare and present reports, including weekly and monthly updates, media coverage summaries, and post-event analysis.


Qualifications:

• Postgraduate diploma in Public Relations or Corporate Communication.

• Proven experience in event management and public relations roles.

• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Event management and coordination.

• Public speaking and anchoring.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving.


Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with renowned brands and events such as marathons, annual corporate celebrations, or high-profile weddings.

• Experience in creative fields like acting, voice artistry, and scriptwriting.

• Passion for poetry, sketching, and other creative pursuits.
