Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Recruiter for a 6-month engagement with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles, preferably within SaaS and AI startups. This role requires hands-on experience with all major job portals and LinkedIn, as well as a strong aptitude for outbound sourcing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates.
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging social media.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on both tech and non-tech roles.
  • Preferable experience in recruiting for SaaS and AI startups.
  • Strong hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent outbound sourcing skills and experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to join within 1 week is a must.
