Our technology services client is seeking multiple Business Development Manager to join their team on a Full Time basis. Below are further details about the role:

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:
- Client Acquisition and Development: Proactively identify and develop new client relationships by promoting our staffing services for both full-time and contract placements. Leverage your experience in technology, recruiting, or sales to market our solutions effectively through video, telephone, in-person, and virtual meetings with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
- Market Penetration: Expand Swift’s footprint across India, the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Canada by targeting both IT and non-IT sectors. Actively represent Swift at local industry events, virtual networking sessions, and professional associations to build and maintain a strong presence in these markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Partner with internal teams to ensure the fulfillment of client job orders. Maintain regular communication with client companies and professionals on assignment to deliver exceptional customer service, quickly resolve any issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed weekly business development goals by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and closing new business deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in business-to-business development, ideally within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, with strong closing skills and a consultative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets, self-motivation, and competitiveness.
