Role: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at House Seekers, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. This is a full-time on-site position that requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Your primary responsibilities will include working on leads, cultivating and nurturing client relationships, and closing deals through effective coordination.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Management: Work on leads, ensuring prompt and efficient follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Deal Closure: Drive successful deal closures through effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Team Leadership: Work collaboratively within a team and provide leadership when necessary to achieve collective goals.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client queries, concerns, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.



Qualifications:


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to understand customer needs and build enduring client relationships.
  • Deal Closure Expertise: Demonstrated experience in reference generation and successful closure of deals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and lead when required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using sales and lead management software.
