Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and sales strategies to drive business growth. This is a full-time position located in Thane, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Should have Real estate knowldege
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good understanding of the B2B market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and motivate a team.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance using key metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and recommend new strategies to drive business growth.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate leads.
  • Train and mentor junior sales and marketing team members.
