To facilitate this hyper growth we are looking for highly skilled pre-sales consultants. This role has a great mix of mentorship as well as exposure. You'll get to work directly with the CEO and an experienced sales director.


Job Role: PreSales Consultant

  • Location: Bangalore
  • Market: USA
  • Work timings: 6:30pm - 3:30am IST (Mon - Friday)
  • Reporting to: Amandeep Singh Julka , Sales Director (US) (linkedin)


Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS product, its functionalities, and technical capabilities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Solution Consulting: Working with sales and collaborating with other departments to solution for customer critical needs
  • Product Demonstrations: Joining account executives for product demos as a technical expert when required
  • RFIs/RFPs: Reviewing, completing and submitting RFPs as needed


Must Have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and the sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct technical needs assessments and translate complex information into easy-to-understand terms.
