Email Lead Generation Manager

Job Summary:
The Email Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise in email marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing targeted email campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads, focusing on driving conversions and supporting overall business objectives.
• Email Design & Content: Create engaging and persuasive email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action. Work with designers to ensure emails are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Audience Segmentation: Analyze and segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver highly targeted campaigns.
• Automation & Personalization: Set up and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads at various stages of the sales funnel. Personalize email content based on user data and interactions.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email content, design, subject lines, and send times to optimize performance.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use insights to refine and improve future campaigns.
• Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel, from initial interest to final purchase.
• Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with legal requirements, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on email campaign performance and insights, presenting findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in email marketing or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
