how Nexsales' marketing tools and services can address those needs. Offer guidance
on effective overall solutions and present campaign strategies that align with their
goals. Foster strong client relationships and achieve measurable results.
2. Solution Development: Developing personalized campaign strategies that address
each client's specific needs and challenges. Find solutions for ongoing marketing
campaigns by first clearly defining the problem statement.
3. Research: Research the latest trends, technologies, client offerings, industry
landscape, and ideal customer profiles. Use this information to provide useful insights
and help solve lead generation challenges for clients and Nexsales.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, account management, and data teams
to present new campaign strategies to clients. Share best practices to improve how
campaigns are managed and make sure everything runs smoothly. Ensure campaign
strategies fit well with Nexsales' overall sales and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in managing marketing campaigns, especially in B2B marketing and lead
generation.
2. Experience with a top consulting or marketing firm, or in a high-tech marketing
environment.
3. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign
performance.
4. Proficiency in verbal, visual, and written communication to effectively present
campaign strategies and results.
5. Ability to quickly understand complex marketing concepts and connect the dots to
address market-facing challenges.
6. Familiarity with B2B lead generation sales processes is a plus.
7. Ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders across different teams.
8. An MBA from a top-tier college is a plus
