Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kohler Business Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. As a Kohler Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales and managing client relationships to meet business objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales management, retail sales, or direct sales for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies to effectively generate and close sales leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and develop strategies for improving sales performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective clients in the Mumbai region for Kohler products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the features and benefits of Kohler products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide updates to management on sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on customer needs and market observations.
