Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flight Specialist to join our travel company. As a Flight Specialist, you will be responsible for handling flight bookings & flight operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients as well as our sales team. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth and efficient flight experiences. Must have very strong dealing with all airlines.


Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of flight bookings, including searching for available flights, securing reservations, and issuing tickets.

• Assist clients in selecting appropriate flight options based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations to clients.

• Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to secure the best possible flight arrangements for clients.

• Handle changes or cancellations to flight bookings, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' travel plans.

• Resolve any flight-related issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Relationship Management and Airline contracting.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a travel agency or airline environment.

• In-depth knowledge of airline industry practices, flight reservation systems, and ticketing procedures.

• Familiarity with different airline policies, fare structures, and travel regulations.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, airlines, and travel partners.

• Proficient in Amadeus and Galileo software.
