Company is seeking a Sales Specialist with an understanding of marketing as well.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
• Identify and engage potential B2B and B2C clients, promoting our specialized travel solutions including corporate programs and group tours.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure beneficial agreements.
Reservation Management:
• Handle corporate and individual bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Account Management:
• Maintain and enhance relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Tailor travel solutions to meet client needs and preferences.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, enhancing the overall travel experience.
Requirements
• At least 2 year of experience in a travel agency setting.
• Familiarity with booking flights and hotels.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi.
