ReservationManagement:

Handlecorporate and individual bookings for flights hotels andtransportation.

Workclosely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travelplans.

Deliverexceptional customer service swiftly addressing inquiries andresolvingissues.


AccountManagement:

Maintainand enhance relationships with a portfolio ofclients.

Tailortravel solutions to meet client needs andpreferences.

Identifyopportunities to upsell additional services enhancing the overalltravelexperience.



Requirements

Atleast 2 year of experience in a travel agencysetting.

Familiaritywith booking flights andhotels.

Strongcommunication and negotiation skills.Proficiency inEnglish andHindi.
