Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sponsorship Sales Associate to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing sponsorships for various events and conferences organized by Insightner Marketing Services. You will work closely with potential sponsors to understand their marketing needs and develop tailored sponsorship packages that align with their objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sponsors across various industries. Understand the target market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with potential sponsors through calls, emails, and meetings to present sponsorship opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals that align with the needs and objectives of potential sponsors.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate sponsorship deals to maximize revenue while ensuring value for sponsors.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with the event management team to ensure the successful execution of sponsored events, ensuring that sponsor expectations are met.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to the Sponsorship Sales Manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, event planning, and content teams to ensure alignment and successful event execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, sponsorship sales, or business development, preferably in the events or marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
