JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Purpose / Summary:Calypso Support lead responsible for managing RTB functions of Treasury systems with an overall experience of 10-15 years and relevant experience of at least 5 years in managing production support for Calypso.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead Treasury support team responsible for managing smooth working of Calypso and other Treasury systems including trading platformsLead a team of on roll and outsourced resourcesMonitor EOD/BOD activitiesEnsure satisfactory and timely closure of production issues of both functional and technical natureManage deployments across all Calypso environments with help of bank infra team.Responsible for Release management process including maintenance of CI/CD pipeline of code & configuration changesManage Calypso MR and Version UpgradesManage DR activities in coordination with Implementation & Infra teamMonitor System performance and proactively resolve performance bottlenecksManage Internal & External stakeholdersCollaborate with business partners, third party vendors and technology groups.Maintain project compliance standardsExperience / Skillset / Certifications Required:Application management experience of 15-20 years with minimum experience of 10 years in managing production support for treasury systemsEngineering/Management Graduates/CA from premier institutesBasic understanding of Forex, Money Market, Fixed Income and Derivative asset classes.In depth understanding of Calypso system architecture & Interface designIn depth understanding of Calypso deployment process using Calypso DevOpsUnderstanding of financial markets business processes across Treasury front office, Market risk, Back office, Credit & Counterparty risk and Finance functions of the bank.Should have understanding of regulatory & trading & information systems used by treasuryExperience of leading/participating in end to end product implementation, system migration, version upgrade or system transformation project would be an advantageShould have sound understanding of SDLC process.Excellent verbal & written communication along with presentation skillsShould be a self-starter with solution mindset
