This role involves managing production staff, coordinating with design and sales teams, and maintaining strict quality standards. The Jewellery Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the manufacturing process to ensure timely delivery of products.Responsibilities:• Plan, organize, and oversee the production process from start to finish.• Ensure the production schedule is met and that products are delivered on time.• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are met.• Inspect products regularly to identify and resolve quality issues.• Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain product excellence.• Supervise and manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.• Foster a positive and productive work environment.• Address employee concerns and provide solutions to enhance productivity.• Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure timely procurement.• Optimize the use of production resources to minimize waste and cost.• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.• Introduce new techniques and tools to enhance production capabilities.• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align production with market demands.• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.Requirements:• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Jewellery production management.• Proven track record of managing production teams and processes.• Strong understanding of Jewellery manufacturing processes and techniques.• Excellent leadership and team management skills.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.• Proficiency in production management software.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
