About Company          

A global leader in Metal Injection Molding (MIM), delivering precision-engineered components to the automotive, medical devices, aerospace, consumer, and industrial sectors. With rapid expansion across APAC, US, and Europe, we’re looking for 4 dynamic Inside Sales Executives to join global sales team.  


Your Role

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop leads in your assigned region (APAC, US, or Europe).
  • Build strong customer relationships via calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Manage CRM pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and achieve quarterly sales targets.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years, not more than 5 years of inside sales/business development experience (manufacturing/engineering background preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual selling platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
