Job Summary:


As the Business Head for our dynamic IT company specializing in Vehicle Tracking System and Auction Platform solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the business. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT, a deep understanding of the logistics industry, and experience in managing auction platforms.


Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:


  • On boarding new clients through online and offline meetings
  • Building a robust network of pipeline customers across potential industries
  • Frequent engagement with potential customers


Business Development:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Drive business development initiatives to acquire new clients and enhance existing customer relationships.


Product Management:

  • Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Vehicle Tracking System and Auction Platform.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet market demands and quality standards.


Sales and Marketing:

  • Lead the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies for product promotion and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Provide visionary leadership to align the organization with industry trends and emerging technologies.


Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets,ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.


Customer Relations:


  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services continuously.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the company's adherence to legal and compliance requirements.


Technology Trends:

  • Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the IT industry,particularly in vehicle tracking and auction platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the vehicle tracking industry and auction platform technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic business ; environment.

CTC: Rs 40 to 50 Lacs per annum
