We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our company.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Know the Crusher PAN India Market
- Should have product knowledge Torsa Machines Ltd deals with
- Should have vision of upcoming trend and change in Crushing & Screening Market
- Should have good contacts of dealers to expand market reach
- Good understanding with financers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in sales
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively lead and inspire a sales team
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
