Objectives of this role

1) Improve, execute, and effectively perform significant analyses on complex datasets that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business

2) Provide strong, timely business analytics for decisions by management and stakeholders

3) Participate in meetings regularly with managers to assess issues and to identify and implement improvements for more-efficient operations

4) Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data

5) Maintain SQL database and work on regular increamental data augmentation scripts


Responsibilities

1) Extract, clean, perform EDA and Interpret data using analysis tools like SQL, python etc

2) Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects (including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data) from project requirements documentation to execution

3) Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational analysis results for use by various key stakeholders

4) Serve as liaison between staff and management by analyzing and interpreting data for company procedures, policies, and workflows

5) Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates



Required skills and qualifications

1) Analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately

2) Data analytics tools like SQL and Python

3) Ability to write reports

4) 2-3 years of work ex


Preferred skills and qualifications

1) Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in computer science, mathematics

2) Ability to present findings in a polished way

3) Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using SPSS, SAS, Excel)

4) Data visualization tool- Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense
