Role Overview/ Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing within the e[1]commerce or quick commerce industry, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through these channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with FNP's business objectives.

Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of Google, Facebook, and app-based advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

Analytics Expertise: Utilize sound knowledge of analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.

Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets across platforms, optimizing spend to maximize results and achieve KPIs.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture.

Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with external agencies, platforms, and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities and reach.

Innovation and Experimentation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance



Desired Skills :


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and app-based advertising.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other relevant platforms.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies, driving measurable results.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in the e-commerce or gifting industry is a plus.
