Position Overview: As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across digital channels. You will use your expertise in data analytics and marketing tools to optimise campaigns, measure performance, and ensure that our AI platform reaches its target audience effectively and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing

campaigns across various digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads,

LinkedIn, and more.

Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify

trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and conversion rates.

• Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain users, focusing on cost-effective customer acquisition and maximizing lifetime value.

• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

• Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently across campaigns to achieve business goals.

• Reporting & Insights: Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights

for continuous improvement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the content, product, and development teams to

align marketing strategies with business objectives and product features.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and

emerging digital marketing tools to keep our marketing efforts cutting-edge.

• SEO/SEM: Optimize search engine marketing strategies to improve organic and paid

search rankings, driving more qualified traffic to our platform.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a tech or AI-driven

company.

• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,

Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.

• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data sets and translate them into actionable

strategies.

• Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with a focus on ROI

and customer acquisition.

• Excellent understanding of SEO/SEM strategies.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-

functionally.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects

simultaneously.
