Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies for Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Effectively manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for the development of compelling ad creatives.
  • Implement advanced targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences and training sessions.
  • Define brand campaign angles and brief the creative/design team.
  • Minimum of 4years of experience in digital media buying, focusing on Meta and Google Ads.

Requirements Qualifications:
  • Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Lead and mentor a team of media buyers.
  • Experience in improving RoAS, CAC, and RoI through marketing optimization.
  • 2+years of dedicated experience in D2C/E-commerce is a must.
  • Experience in working in a progressive performance agency or mid-size D2C brand will be preferred.
  • Experience in setting up and scaling processes is a must.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and provide regular updates on campaign performance. Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience in managing a team of media buyers.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, and CleverTap will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising.
