We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing lead to drive our digital strategy and brand visibility. As a dynamic and results-driven Performance and Branding lead at Dr Lal Pathlabs, you will leverage your expertise in performance marketing channels, you will spearhead campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.


Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
  • Analyse market trends and data to find opportunities, enhance campaigns, and raise return on investment.
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Oversee and optimize performance marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, Mobile app and influencer marketing
  • Create and manage yearly digital campaign budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and results-driven performance
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to implement innovative and effective strategies.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement


Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent and precise writing Skills
  • Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proactive, with good interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Proven working experience in D2C campaigns (8-10 years)
  • Minimum 8-10 year experience in consumer facing brand or Agency
  • Hands on experience in setting and running Google Adwords, Facebook campaigns
  • Comfortable with GA4
