Position: Corporate Sales – BGV (Senior Level)


Job Responsibilities:


1. Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.

2. Market Analysis and Business Development:

  • Utilize your understanding of the market to identify trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and tailor services accordingly.

3. Proposal and Meeting Coordination:

  • Set up and attend meetings with potential clients to present business proposals and explain the benefits/ offerings of our BGV services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our value proposition.
  • Lookout for RFP’s and work on the same.

4. Event Participation:

  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and other relevant events to promote our services and network with potential clients.
  • Engage with industry professionals and stay updated on market trends and developments.

5. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring that client expectations are met, and any objections or complaints are handled professionally.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients using advanced lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, ZoomInfo, Lead Squared, Naukri, and more.

6. Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional support, relevant information, and strategic guidance.
  • Continuously research and recommend new opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

7. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members to share insights, develop strategies, and achieve better results.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Corporate Sales of minimum 8-10 yrs, preferably within the BGV industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using LinkedIn, basic Excel, MS Office, and other relevant tools and software.
  • Sales Acumen: Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Personal Attributes: Fast learner with a passion for sales, self-motivated, and results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
