About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ad Sales Executive/ Sr. executive/ Asst. Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and a deep understanding of the media landscape, including print, digital, television, and OTT platforms. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth by selling advertising spaces to businesses and agencies, and leveraging our media channels.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients, including direct advertisers, agencies, and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, production, marketing) to develop integrated advertising packages.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and client base.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in ad sales, with a strong focus on media (TV, print, digital, radio, or OTT platforms).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of media sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Passion for the media industry and staying updated on the latest trends.
