Position: Influencer Marketing Manager


Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:


-Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to meet client objectives and campaign goals.

-Identify and onboard suitable influencers for brand collaborations, ensuring alignment with client brand values and target audience.

-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout campaign execution.

-Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content briefs and ensure timely delivery of assets.

-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations to maximize ROI.

-Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to inform strategy development and campaign execution.


Requirements:


-Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

-Proficiency in managing influencer campaigns across YouTube and Instagram platforms.

-Proven track record of handling big clients and delivering successful influencer marketing campaigns.

-Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with both clients and influencers.

-Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive campaign performance.

-Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovation in influencer marketing.
