Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager who will play a key role in managing client success and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about influencer marketing, highly organized, and possesses strong communication and project management skills. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring the success of influencer partnerships.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing strategic guidance on influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives, including identifying suitable influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing campaign budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery of high-quality content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, acting as a liaison between influencers and clients to ensure alignment and successful partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive results.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations for client pitches and presentations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and influencers.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Workspace and experience with influencer marketing platforms/tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business results through influencer partnerships.


Salary and Benefits:

  • The maximum package for this role is 4.2 LPA INR.
