Role Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting a range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, coordination and operations. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Tasks & Accountability:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address and resolve HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive workplace environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Monitor and report on employee performance metrics and trends.
Compliance and Policy Administration:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, and records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Handle office operations & vendor management
HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Track key HR performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
General HR Support:
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and handling correspondence.
- Handle coordination for Founder’s office
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with some exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
